ZS-405-R935 3D printing resin material specifically designed for the jewelry casting industry, with a transparent yellow color that turns into wax white when fully cured.
With a wax content of up to 80%, it is specifically designed for casting. A high proportion of wax content will make the product surface smooth but very soft. We will provide post-processing guidelines to make it white and stronger, which is very suitable for gold casting.
It has the following characteristics:
- High wax content, low molding shrinkage rate
- High precision, high surface quality
- Stable combustion, gypsum is not easily damaged
- Low water absorption rate, not easy to absorb water and expand
- Low ash residue, high casting quality
- Recommended for casting metals such as gold and silver

3.Washing and Post-Curing Info
- Soak R935 prints in alcohol (95%) for 30 minutes.
- Put R935 prints and alcohol (95%) into the ultrasonic machine for 5 minutes.
- Put R935 prints in 90~100°C water, and then cure in a high power UV curing box for 30 minutes.
- Dry the R935 prints (important).
- Store to avoid exposure to the air.
4.Standard Burnout Schedule
The following burnout schedule is designed to help reduce thermal expansion of resin in the mold, while ensuring a complete burnout for thick jewelry parts.
will become solidify at low temperature. At this point, the resin needs to be soaked in hot water until it returns to liquid and ensure the ambient temperature is above 25℃.
